Engine fully checked and inspected by Dubois Trucks technicians.

The engine was also dyno-tested to ensure all components meet the manufacturer’s original specifications, guaranteeing reliable and compliant performance.

Work performed:

  • Removal of the cylinder head cover and replacement of the cylinder head cover gasket.
  • Complete replacement of the main bearings.
  • Complete replacement of the connecting rod bearings.
  • Replacement of the thrust bearing to restore axial play.
  • Replacement of the rear crankshaft seal.
  • Replacement of the oil pan.
  • Replacement of the oil filter.
  • Replacement of both fuel filters with a Donaldson set.
